When I left the corporate world to follow my heart and honor the entrepreneur that was growing inside of me, I gave a lot of thought to the type of organization I wanted to create.  I knew that the products and services I offered needed to be nature inspired and I also knew that the business practices themselves needed to sustain the earth.  I definitely wanted to focus on earth-friendly practices in all aspects of my operations.Those goals continue to drive every decision made in my ever-growing and evolving business.  Your True Nature is known for its environmentally progressive practices, such as partnering with 1% for the Planet.  We pride ourselves on the fact that we were striving to be green long before being green was ‘in.’  But it is not just important to me that our outward products and processes have a positive impact on the earth.  As a business owner I am equally as committed to what happens in the office on a day to day basis.  I also want to have a positive impact on the lives of my employees, vendors, and customers.  Open communication is key.  I value the unique wisdom that each person I interact with brings to the table and use that information to make continual improvements to the business.  Your True Nature is a learning organization and the environment supports the divine in each of us.  I listen to what  makes my employees excited and put them to work on the projects that really inspire them.  We talk about everything, we celebrate quality, appreciation, and thoughtful service.  This just makes sense to me and yet I know that not all businesses operate on the same principles.  Your True Nature is a great tree reminding us to stand tall and proud and branch out to our full potential.  We are here to greet each day like the sun with our amazing and absolute brilliance.  I know that only by supporting my employees in this way, can I truly sustain the earth and the true nature of myself and others.  The true nature of our company is a breath of calm and fresh air from the open sky.  Well, most days anyway!  Nothing is perfect but I truly believe that the world will be a happier and better place when individuals can work and play in tune with the true nature that sings inside them.
